Many Blossom Craftworks products are custom, personalized, or made to order.
All custom or personalized orders are final sale.
Proofs are not automatically provided unless stated in the product listing.
Customers are responsible for reviewing spelling, names, dates, and design selections before placing an order.
Blossom Craftworks is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer at checkout.
3. Order Processing and Turnaround Time
Processing times vary by product and are listed on each product page. Processing time does not include shipping time.
Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.
Rush processing is offered only when available and requires an additional fee.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Once an order leaves our hands, Blossom Craftworks is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, lost packages, or delivery issues.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted on personalized items.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so we may evaluate the issue and determine a resolution.
6. Accuracy of Information
We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. Due to lighting, screen differences, and the handmade process, actual products may vary slightly from photos.
These variations are not considered defects.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including designs, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Blossom Craftworks and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Purchasing a product does not grant rights to reproduce or resell the design.
8. Limitation of Liability
Blossom Craftworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
