Shipping policy

At Blossom Craftworks, we strive to ship your personalized creations as quickly and carefully as possible. Each order is made with attention to detail, so please allow time for both crafting and delivery.

Processing Time

Because our products are custom-made, please allow 5–7 business days for processing before your order ships. During peak seasons or for large custom projects, processing may take a bit longer. We will always keep you updated if that happens.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or another trusted carrier. Typical delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout)

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey to your door.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, and destination. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so keep an eye out!

Local Pickup

If you’re nearby, we also offer local pickup by appointment. Simply select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll contact you when your order is ready.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund where applicable.

International Shipping

At this time, we currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be added in the future.
