Refund and return Policy

Customized, personalized, or personal health products are NOT eligible for return under any circumstances.

 

In some situations non-customized products may be returned within 15 days of purchase with original proof of purchase provided.  To return item must be in new, unused condition.

 

Any returns accepted will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item minus the original cost of shipping.  In the case of Free shipping, the original true costs of shipping are non refundable. When you inquire about a return the price of the original shipping to you will be provided. 

 

If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer a refund or exchange.


Exchanges:
 

All requests for exchanges are treated as a return/repurchase.  Please contact us using our contact us form to arrange return of your item, and place a new order for the item you are wanting. 

 

Additional non-returnable items:

 

  • Gift cards

  • Health and personal care items

  • Customized Products

  • Final Sale Items

 

To inquire about a return please contact us using the Contact Us form.  If your return is approved the return address will be provided to you.  

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  Most refunds will reflect on your original purchase method within 5-7 business days.

 

 

Gifts

 

Items marked as gift at purchase have the same refund policy. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method if the item is eligible for return and the return process is followed, or will be issued as store credit.

 

 

Shipping returns

 

All returns must be sent via TRACKED postage.  We are not responsible for your return until it is received by us.

 

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  All original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

 

Damage or Defective Items:

 

 Please contact us upon receipt for any issues with damage in shipment or defective item. Please include a photo of your packaging as well as the item received.  A return label will be provided for you in these circumstances and a new shipment will be sent.
